A Work Day In the Life of A Card Crafter - Monday 22nd March 2010

A busy day today, Monday always is. Even more so today because I am trying to finish as many orders as possible before I go off to the NEC Craft & Hobby Fair.

Today I have;
Made 2 girls party buntings

1 Handbag card, very pleased with the button on this, have a look at the picture below (click on the image to see an enlarged version)

I know what you are thinking, what is so special about that button? It isn't a button, it's a brad. More on this later, when I return from the NEC.

What else have I done today, oh yes;

Set of 10 New Baby Boy banners in black leather embossed card with silver metallic text, I am going to ask my customer to post pics of the finished articles.

A no. 7 fairy birthday card

Re-coloured a damask wedding invitations from black and white to black and cream

Now I am getting back to sorting out the database on my website; www.lavendersbluedesign.com there is nothing wrong with it but I need to do some updates so that product downloads can be done from within the site.

Oh and of course, I still have hundreds more photos to add to the Lavenders Blue Cards and Crafting community site!!
